SANTA BARBARA CANYON

The San Andreas 300 is a premier Dual Sport ride.

Through the stunning landscape of the Central Coast.

Starting Friday 30 miles east of San Luis Obispo, with camping & staging at a private ranch under ancient California Oak trees.

Set up camp and enjoy this spectacular campsite.

Go for a night ride on Friday at sunset to the top of Black Mountain on a twisty paved route.
Hang out with Like-minded enthusiasts.
Enjoy a large community campfire and Pozo Martini’s.
Dinner will be available.

After an included breakfast Saturday morning, riders will depart from Pozo.

From the site of the historic Hi-Mountain Enduro, with Gear & fuel portage to spend the night in Ballinger Canyon.
Head back to Pozo on Sunday.

What forms are needed for registration?

Riders must complete the online registration form and sign a Liability Release at Sign-in.

Where you will receive a wrist-band signifying you have signed the Liability Release. Pick up your Swag.

Are there age restrictions for participants?

Yes, participants must be at least 18 years old to register for the event.

Do I need a specific type of motorcycle?

Club members should have plated Dirt Bikes for the ‘A’ Loops.

Factory Dual-sport or adventure motorcycles are suitable for the B+, B and Adventure Loops.
Adventure Motorcycle Loops are suitable for a Novice and avoid any real challenge.

Is insurance required for participation?

All participants should have valid motorcycle Liability and health insurance to join the event.

But it is up to you.
The Club does not ask.

What safety gear is required?

Riders should wear a DOT-approved helmet, goggles, gloves, knee pads, boots and protective clothing during the ride.

What is the Club Membership fee for the San Andreas 300 event?

The Membership fee is $395, with a $95 Deposit to reserve your spot.

Membership includes access to all Phone compatible Ride with GPS tracks, gear portage, 6 meals, beverages, event activities and camping & staging facilities.
Your 2nd and subsequent club rides are discounted $75 once you join.

What is the Deposit and when is the registration deadline?

A $95 non-refundable deposit will hold your spot.

2 equal payments are then due in April.
Registration closes on April 1
Be sure to sign up early to secure your spot.
When signing up for the ride and paying your deposit, you are doing more than holding your spot on the start line, you are funding the ride itself.
Ensuring that it will happen. Ride logistics start months before the actual start day.
Therefore, membership fees are crucial to making sure there is a start line to show up at.
