This Ultimate Dual Sport & Adventure ride through the Central Coast of California’s rugged terrain kicks off on the first Saturday morning of May.

The Dual Sport loops take you on a journey through 2 historic enduro sites and across the San Andreas Fault.

The Adventure loop is longer and uses dirt roads, 2 track along the Fault and pavement.

Don’t miss this opportunity to ride through the San Andreas Fault zone and the epic locales of the Hi-Mountain and Leapin’ Lizard Enduro’s.

Camaraderie and adventure collide on the San Andreas 300.

WEEKEND SCHEDULE
Friday: Arrival & Setup in Pozo
Welcome & Sign-In
Noon – 7 PM
Kick off the weekend with registration and a warm welcome at the Pozo Ranch staging area.

Pick up your T-Shirt & Swag.

Set up your camp and prepare for the adventure ahead.
Night Ride Option & Dinner Available
5PM – 7PM
Group Night Rides are Hoot.

Ride to the top of Black Mountain on a twisty paved route at Sunset.

Since we don’t know when you’ll be arriving or if you’ll be hungry, the club will offer Dinner from 5 until 7 Pm for a $10.00 donation.

Relax and mingle with your fellow Like-minded enthusiasts around a raging campfire.

Saturday: The Adventure Begins. Ride to Ballinger Canyon

Riders Meeting at 7:30, where we’ll go over the Day’s routes and answer any Questions.
HALFWAY POINT BETWEEN POZO & BALLINGER
Head to Ballinger Canyon
8 AM – 9 AM
Ride your choice of Trails through Pozo, from mild to wild.

Ride into the Carrizo Plains and around Soda Lake.

Then either ride challenging Hurricane Ridge or Elkhorn Road to the west end of the valley.
Refuel and Recharge with a hearty lunch in Ballinger Canyon.

Go for an afternoon ride in Ballinger Canyon.

Come back, setup your camp and get ready for dinner.

Park in the Parc Ferme at the Ranch on the Mesa.

Enjoy the Open Bar from 5 to 9 PM.

Conclude the day’s ride with your Choice of Loops in Ballinger Canyon.

From Mild to Wild.

Your gear has been dropped off at your campsite or your lodging if you reserved lodging or a campsite.

If your Bootleg camping collect your gear near the Parc Ferme and set up camp.

Sunday - Ride in Ballinger Canyon and Return to Pozo
2 SUNDAY MORNING RIDERS MEETINGS
You only need attend one meeting.
7:30 & 8:30 AM
Breakfast Sunday morning at the ranch in Ballinger Canyon from 7:00 AM.

Go for a 35-45 mile ‘A’, B+ or ‘B’ morning loop.

We Like to see everyone on the trail by 9 AM.
-
Come back to the Ranch in Ballinger for a Gas stop & sack lunch for on the trail.

What we call Gibb’s Gulch. Others call it Mud Canyon.

The ‘A’ Dual Sport loop in the morning could include some fun challenging Singletrack.

On the ‘B+’ Loops there are several fun options.

‘B’ morning loop is fun 2 track ride up to a WWII lookout tower. If accessible.
After your choice of Sunday morning Loops in Ballinger, there are 4 choices headed back to Pozo.

A’, B+, B and Adventure.
100+ miles back to Pozo after the morning loop. Challenging or easy.

Hang out Sunday Night, enjoy another bonfire, camp and go for a ride to the Beach on Monday.

Monday ride to Morro Bay, Avila and Pismo Beach on the Adventure Loop.

Bootleg Camp, Reserve a Campsite or Lodging is available at the Private Ranch in Ballinger Canyon.

You can Bootleg Camp anywhere on the Mesa included with the ride & membership.

One guy in your group can reserve a Campsite.

With a Pergola, Picnic Table, Campfire ring, running water and a nearby Outhouse.

Firewood is available but extra $ for your campsite.

Reserved Lodging is off the Mesa on the North side of the road.
